Our K2 class learned all about Yayoi Kusama, a famous contemporary artist from Japan 🇯🇵 who is best known for her massive sculptures, installations, and her love for dot patterns.
We also shared her inspiring story 📖 with the children and how she overcame many personal and professional obstacles throughout her life simply by listening to her heart and sticking to her passion.

They spent a wonderful morning exploring, trying on the uniforms, and taking turns steering the simulator. Testing out all the cockpit controls themselves was definitely the highlight of the day!
